La toute première édition de la CITY PARADE a eu lieu en 2001 à Liège avec le slogan “Make a date with the future”. Depuis, l’événement diffuse chaque année un message puissant à travers un slogan fort, comme “Make love not war” en 2007 et “All you need is love” en 2017. Le slogan de 2023 est “TOGETHER AS ONE”, un message d’unité et de solidarité.
La dernière CITY PARADE a eu lieu en 2017 au pied de l’Atomium à Bruxelles. En 2023, la City Parade revient à Mons après seize ans d’absence et ce, pour les trois prochaines années. En 2007, une édition s’y était déjà déroulée, attirant plus de 100 000 participants et dix-huit chars.
Le Concept de la City Parade ::
La City Parade est un grand festival qui rassemble les amateurs de musique électronique de toute la Belgique et au-delà. L’événement se compose de quatre parties :
1. OPENING PARTY (gratuit) :: 12:00 – 16:00
2. PARADE (gratuit) :: 16:00 – 19:00
3. CLOSING PARTY (15€) :: 19:00 – 00:00
4. AFTER PARTY (25€) :: 22:00 – 06:00
Chaque partie de la “CITY PARADE” offre une atmosphère unique, de l’OPENING PARTY à l’AFTER PARTY !
La CITY PARADE a toujours été plus qu’un événement musical. C’est un mouvement qui cherche à unir les gens et à les sensibiliser à diverses questions importantes, comme le montrent nos slogans forts des années précédentes. En 2023, notre slogan est “TOGETHER AS ONE”, un message d’unité et de solidarité qui trouve un écho dans la société actuelle.

De eerste editie van de CITY PARADE heeft plaatsgenomen in 2001 in Luik met de slogan “Make a date with the future”. Sindsdien heeft het evenement elk jaar een krachtige boodschap verspreid door middel van een sterke slogan, zoals “Make love not war” in 2007 en “All you need is love” in 2017. In 2023 is de slogan “TOGETHER AS ONE”, een boodschap van eenheid en samenhorigheid.
De laatste editie van de CITY PARADE vond plaats in 2017 aan de voet van het Atomium in Brussel. In 2023 keert de City Parade na 16 jaar terug naar Bergen – Mons en dit voor de 3 komende jaren. Hier vond al in 2007 een editie plaats die meer dan 100.000 deelnemers en 18 praalwagens aantrok.
Het Concept Van City Parade ::
De City Parade is een groot festival dat fans van elektronische muziek uit het hele land en daarbuiten samenbrengt. Het omvat vier delen:
1. OPENING PARTY (gratis) :: 12:00 – 16:00
2. PARADE (gratis) :: 16:00 – 19:00
3. CLOSING PARTY (15€) :: 19:00 – 00:00
4. AFTER PARTY (25€) :: 22:00 – 06:00

De CITY PARADE is altijd meer geweest dan een muziekevenement. The very first edition of CITY PARADE took place in 2001 in Liège with the slogan “Make a date with the future.” Since then, the event has conveyed a powerful message every year through a strong slogan, such as “Make love not war” in 2007 and “All you need is love” in 2017. The slogan for 2023 is “TOGETHER AS ONE,” a message of unity and solidarity.
The last CITY PARADE took place in 2017 at the foot of the Atomium in Brussels. In 2023, the City Parade returns to Mons after a sixteen-year absence, and it will be held there for the next three years. In 2007, an edition of the event was already held in Mons, attracting over 100,000 participants and eighteen floats.
The Concept of CITY PARADE:
CITY PARADE is a large festival that brings together electronic music enthusiasts from all over Belgium and beyond. The event consists of four parts:
